YZ450F Suspension rating

What is the ideal weight rating for the YZ450F's suspension in stock form? I Weigh about 220 without gear. What would be the ideal fork springs and rear shock for me? I am novice/intermediate rider and race MX. Thanks

I would think your springs would be very close for your weight and speed.

According to race tech for 03-04YZF450, stock fork springs are .46kg and they reccommend .47kg for you. Shock is 5.3kg and they reccommend 5.48kg. Looks like you could get away with the stock fork springs but might want to jump up to a 5.5kg shock spring to keep sag on par.

I'm not sure what you like but I'm running a 220lb setup and I'm only 205lbs. I'm a midpack C rider. Not that fast. I like the bike to handle anything as I don't always clear the big ones. :|
