+Jefer Drake We like the POD K8 Knee Brace and Mobius. If you’re in no rush
for a knee brace, look into the all new POD K4 Knee Brace coming soon! Not
sure when they’re going to be releasing it, but it’s really cool and at a
      reasonable price point.

Overall, which knee brace is the all around best in functionality and comfort?

  11. cw127cw

    November 19, 2016 at 8:52 pm

Hi Jason, does the Alpine star have fabric on the back of the straps to stop chafing or rubbing. In the past I’ve notice straps on the back of the knee especially with the constant pivoting and movement that the straps wear against the skin. Can you pls comment.

If I grow will they still fit

    • Rocky Mountain ATV MC

      November 21, 2016 at 12:46 pm

Yes. Like for example with the POD Knee Braces they include padded spacers you can velcro on to adapt to a smaller knee. then as you grow, you can remove the inserts to customize the fit.

    • Elijah Manson

      December 4, 2016 at 4:57 am

It depends how much you grow and what size you have already, There is a limit to how much the spacers will only accommodate before you would need to go up a size

    • Rocky Mountain ATV MC

      December 5, 2016 at 1:57 pm

+Elijah Manson Yes, that is true. Thanks Elijah

what about beginneravg riders who don’t want to take a mortgage in order to purchase a knee brace?

    • Dustin Short

      January 3, 2017 at 9:00 pm

Shahar Marhum if you have good insurance, tear something and then get a free knee brace. that’s what I did

    • Shahar Marhum

      January 5, 2017 at 12:46 pm

you’re probably right… having said that:
      1) There’s free medical insurance where I live
      2) you could probably say the same about:
      a. pressure suit
      b. helmet
      c. boots
      d. neck brace

      you know what I mean?

    • jt86tn

      February 18, 2017 at 8:40 am

Shahar Marhum Check out the Leatt Dual Axis knee guard. It’s a knee “guard/pad” as opposed to a “brace” but they are still very protective and supportive and CE certified as well. The new model is around $80-90 and you can get the previous years model on sale for around $60-$70. From what I can tell the only difference between the newest model and the previous years model is just colors so you can’t go wrong either way. I haven’t heard anything negative about them, everyone seems to really like them.

    • Shahar Marhum

      February 18, 2017 at 11:08 am

Yeah I know, when I was researching about knee guards, the Dual Axis was high on my list, others were Acerbis Gorilla Knee Guards and EVS RS9

Still haven’t made up my mind… currently using my Fox Launch protectors

I need a pair of braces, but i have skinny legs. Would any of these fit me? They all seem to be made for larger legs from what im hearing in the video.

    Thanks for the vids

I tried the pods for a day, they were great and I didnt notice them at all. I ended up getting the TLD as they were nearly half the price of the k300 even on closeout. Fit is nearly as good out the box and after playing with them a bit got them fitting just as nice. Pods have a nicer liner and larger knee armor which makes them a touch warmer.

    • Rocky Mountain ATV MC

      February 14, 2017 at 5:29 pm
