My son has a mean swap in the fifth or sixth whoop. Have gone from stock settings to zero compression and max rebound damping. I've ridden behind him and I've got the shock looking like it's good but she swaps mid way in a set of whoops..
I think the short wheelbase has alot to do with this, and rider skill factors in.
My thought is after five or six whoops, a swap is equal to excess rebound damping causing the shock to pack down.
Any thoughts on this or should I donate money to Pro Circuits retirement account.
When race sag is set to spec. I have an extra inch of free sag.
I don't see how spring rate, which he should have a softer spring, should enter in to this but he is over sprung.
