2 different carbs....which one is the right one ?

I bought a 94 kx 125 that had a keihin pwk V885 AHFP. I just ordered and received a carb off a running 94 kx 125, but it's smaller and is a keihin pwk G095 AIF. So which one is the right one ??? The better one ???? Thanks !!!!

This page says the V885 is the original carb for your bike.

It appears the carb you bought is for a '95.

Aint that a beeyatch !!!!! Well....gave $30 for it so I guess I can suck it up.....think the float would intetchange ? I guess I can look at it more in the morning. Thanks !

I'd try the other too, who knows could be running better. :) On a normal scale 95 beats 94 performance.

Well, I had the choice between a 94 or a 95 and I chose the 94 based on what I read in one of Eric Gores books. He said that the 94 was actually a better bike. Sometging to do with the design of the power valve's governor being faulty not allowing the KIPS to open fully and some other issues with the porting. I dont know.... Im sure 10 different people would have 10 different oppinions.....anyway, I dont think it would fit. The carb would be too big for tje airbox boot. I'll look at it some more after work today.
