To the MOD, Thanks for the name edits above. I should have taken care of that. Silverback, You bet, I can't express my appreciation to him enough; he was and is simply outstanding. You're help with expressing gratitude is greatly appreciated! ;) Email address: smiles@orangeburgcounty.org (this is a shared account) Subject Line: ATTN: Detective Keith B. (Case Number 2001/30781) My Name: Scott R. I edited the detective's name for privacy, but I''ll PM the last name or it'll still get to him as shown. Yarbonwick, You are dead on target and we're on the same page. Someway, somehow I plan on mentioning the drive by shooting in court. BTW, when I filled out the Victim Impact Statement I included a copy of the emails I posted above. The judge is supposed to read the information prior to sentencing. I hope it makes a difference. You want a good laugh? I may be a little old to start a law enforcement career now. I'm 40, not that that is old. But me playing Rambo in camouflage, crawling around the woods at night, sneaking up to this guys' house to check out the garage and shed was pretty funny to my wife and daughter. But they weren't laughing until I got home safely. The funny part was during the RECON I reached for my cell phone to call to get picked up by my friends that were nearby and the darn thing wasn't there. Come to find out it had slid out of my flight suit pocket prior to departing the car. Some cop huh? LOL To All, Thanks a ton, you're the best! :) Scott
