4 stroke or 2 stroke

i am going to be getting a yamaha yz 250 pretty soon just having trouble deciding which i wanna get yz 250f or the yz 250 both being a 2012 model brand new

It's like comparing apples to bananas. 2 stoke has about 10 (very roughly) more horsepower and the 4 stroke is a bit more controllable in slippery/slick conditions. The 2 stroke is probably cheaper to maintain.
