This fault started to rear its ugly head after about 20 hrs, sometimes not starting after fiddling with the button it would fire up. Stripped it down to find recessed contact points, i assume that start or running voltage causes heat and the dping weight of the contacts pushes the apposing contact back into the plastic, not a problem as they replaced the switch with a new one. is this a common problem or only here on nz bikes. was thinking about changing to earlier model switch. Any ideas ????
Note... What a fantastic bike 33 competition hrs and loving every minute (except when stop button nearly cost me a win) amazing how easy the bike is to ride after 3 to 4 hr enduro. Very happy convert
