So they are banning riders under the age of 12 from riding or just the sale of new bikes? How will they regulate that? It isn't like a 12 year old is going to walk into a dealership with a couple grand. I just purchased a KTM50 for my 6 year old.. how does this effect me?

The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA) has effectively banned the sale of youth off-highway vehicles (OHVs).


it seems like the ban of selling any kind of youth off road vehicles. that sucks
