i have a 01, Yz250
I can not find the Air/Fuel mixture screw on my Yz 250

I have just moved from San Jose California to Pheonix Arizona. My bike seems to have much worse power at lower rpms. Wondering if it is just a matter of screwing around with the carb?

help please?

It's the brass straight-slot screw on the left side of the carb. The idle adjust should be a black, plastic screw head with a spring behind it.

like said above. small straight head screw , right above the float bowl on the air filter intake side of the carb.
if its like the 99 i just rebuilt your idle screw is the choke knob. turn it one way for higher idle. the other for lower idle.
