Any suggestions for "universal" type brake lines?

I have a special that I built, the front end is from a 1985 YZ125 and I need a new brake line. The one I have was not routed right and must have pinched or something because it will actuate the brake when landing which is not fun at all. All the Ebay units look rattier than the one I have although maybe they don't have a weak spot in them. (Even if I correct the routing on my existing hose, it will have a creased inner tube at some point. ) The only reason I did not totally eat s**t this weekend is that is was muddy and the front end was able to skate a while before I righted the sudden jerk to the left. Second time it happened I knew it wasn't the mud that caused it and I left the track.

So, I am left with figuring out a later Yamaha unit that will be long enough or going with some sort of universal unit. Any suggestions? None of the parts houses i checked have a listing for the old YZ either.
