I'm going thru my Keihin PWK35 carb, and I removed the jet block. I noticed that the fit between jet block and carb body is not very precise, and it relies on a rubber gasket to achieve a seal. If this gasket deteriorates over time, then you can get air leaks in the pilot circuit, which is of course undesirable. This gasket is not on the parts diagram because you're not supposed to remove the jet block. Anyone know where I can buy this gasket? Or any other ideas to improve this fit?
Also, has anyone done any work to improve passages in the jet block and/or carb body?
