Try raising the needle clip one position and ride it to see if it helps. If it does, raise it one more level. You know if you have gone too far if you get a dead spot and WAA sound then drop the clip one spot. Don't worry about seizing when testing the jetting on the needle or air screw you won't be running it long enough at a steady throttle setting to hurt anything. The guide above is a very good one.
