hey, i have a pro circuit platinum pipe off my 96 yz125 that is dented in about 1/4-1/2 inch and about as big as a lemon. i was wondering if there could be any way to pop that dent out, if there is how do you do it?

cover one end and blow as hard as you can in the other :laugh:

just kidding.I remember a friend of mine used a drill and one of them slide hammers like they use in a body shop.it did work but he had a hard time welding the hole from the drill.I dont know if he really knew what he was doing.anyways I'm sure there is a way to do it but other then what I said is all I know.

I pulled a massive dent out of my pipe. first find somthing to plug the large hole in where the pipe mounts to the engine (I used a round rubber door stop) hammer it in then wrap it tight with duck tape. then get a old tube and cut it so you can use the valve stem to put air in the pipe, now heat the dent with a torch till its cherry red and start pressurizing the pipe it takes a while but it works. oh you might blow a couple of tubes so try to get extras.
