Engine Trouble!

I have a 2002 YZ250P. I just installed a new cylinder and cylinder head, head gasket and o-rings. I am still getting antifreeze in on the piston. I cannot see the gasket being gone again....can it bypass the valves in the sides of the engine if the orings are gone? Or must it be a gasket problem?

How about the cylinder base gakset, some bikes push coolant through those.

have you cheacked to make sure your head isnt warped or (more likely) like GMC said the base gasket is crap
