engine wont turn over but isnt seized 03 yz450

i just set the valves on my 03 yz450f and when i was setting the timing i had loosened the bolt on the crank and when i tightened it i had my buddy hold my kick starter so i was able to tighten. but now i cant kick the bike over but i can turn it over by hand by turing the crank. and none of the valves are bent
