I was just talking to a Yamaha dealer since I blew my fork seals, and can't get Kawi ones in time for the weekend. Apparently we can use Yamaha part number 3XJ-23145-L0-00 in place of Kawi 92049-1373 oil seals.

that is a 43mm fork. so you will have to go way back to like 89-92 or something for the YZ seals.

I am sure your local dealer has aftermarket units or some local shop will have them.

seals are basically generic and you can buy them by deminsion like 43x47x6 or what ever everyone should get a free parts ulimited catolog if just for comparing parts.... if you have ever looked at one you'd see for example sprockets ...every manufacture of sprockets list part numbers in the p.u.c and at the end of the model listing they have pricing and it takes up about 1/4 page whilist the make model section was 5 pages..

just a good reference to have is all I'm saying alot faster than the internet at times
