GasGas '06 onwards digital speedo/computor pack...same as Honda CRF-450X

Hi guys,

I have the '06 digital speedo/computor pack in my hand and can't find where the batteries go...or of it needs them at all as I didn't get any with the bike :whoa:

There is nothing in the user's manual to help although I do know it needs 12dc...maybe it just runs off the engine electrical power?

I have heard that the same speedo is fitted to the Honda CRF450X enduro version if this helps
