I would suggest start a weight training program, not heavy weights, but light weights and lots of reps.. Plus a good cardio workout doesn't hurt either..

How big are you xr? Im also 16, 5-9' 150lbs and i can throw a 125 around w/ ease. The heavier bike(96cr250), for me hindered my riding, are you sure you will be able to man handle a crf450? To get in shape run alot and weight train. Switch it up every now and then from heavy to light weights. Keep your body guessing.
