I am trying to remove the swingarm from my bike. Apparently, the bearings must be siezed, because I cannot get the swingarm bolt out. I have beat on it with a brass drift, I have tried an ez-out on the head head end to try to spin it a little, then pound on it again. Finally I used about half a can of WD-40 and will let it set till tomorrow. If I still can't get it, I'm not sure what else to try. By the way, the ez-out snapped off when I was trying to turn it. After a little temper tantrum, I decided to go in the house till tomorrow. I realize I will probably have to destroy the bolt to get it out, but, I'm not sure if I can get a sawzall in the gap to cut it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :bang: :bang:

You might want to contact a machine shop and see if they can press it out. They might be able to get it up on a press and push it out.

This is why you will lube the new axle and pull it out once a year and re lube it, right?
