Help!!

Hello...I have a 2004 Yamaha YZ450F and need info on setting up the suspension. It is stock and I weigh about 240. I ride pretty hard and somebody told me that I am way too heavy for the stock suspension. Should I take it in and beef it up?? Thx RT

You need at a minimum ... MUCH heavier springs. You weight 240? How about with all your gear? Boots easily weigh 10 lbs, helmet 2.. add another 20lbs geared-up to your "normal" to be safe.
