OK got the word one what went down either yester day or the day before , the guy was arrested for selling drugs, the bike was some ones drug payment. We (me and my bud) stumbled across this guy trying to sell this bike he *seized* due to no payment for either meth or Oxi-cotten. He is in jail at least for now, we were kept out of it compleatly.

Stolen sorta bike , if my bud had bought it the original owner could have just said it was stolen and had the bike returned.

Hey Lorin, Oklahoma now titles all offraod bikes and atv's. Prior to July of 2005, titles are not necessary but are optional to the owner for $15.00. If you sell, you are supposed to title the bike. All bikes sold as of July 1, 2005 will be titled and will require that a 4.5% excise tax be paid rather than sales tax.
