reliable, hard working, not being late or always being on time is a big one. I dont know how old you are but Im guessing still in highschool or something. You can tell them that you got one of those award things they give kids that never missed a day of school or something like that. extracuricular activites are good too. Like if you helped out at a ymca or something like that. or helped coach the whatever team etc. etc.

Do not lie or stretch the truth it is way to easy to verify and would be a big alarm for any employer.
