I'm thinking of over boring my '91 kdx 250. it needs a new piston.,(overheated),but the cyl. sleeve looks good. Ive allready mirror polished the intake/exuast ports& port matched.
I'm also thinking of using a kx head gasket (thinner).
Any one w/ advice on this subject?
