If it is bubbling and pours out while revving you are bleeding compression into the coolant from the cylinder. You have either 1) a blown gasket or O-ring at the head 2) a warped head that does not meet the cylinder evenly 3) Improperly torqued head bolts (or nuts) 4) head studs that are either stretched or stripped. Easiest way to confirm that it is not the cap- start the bike with the cap off. Watch the coolant as you rev the bike. If there are bubbles in the coolant they are from exhaust gases being forced into the coolant by one of the above problems. [/QUOTE]
