A short note to wish the happiest of Thanksgiving holidays to you and yours.

I found this copy of the original proclamation of Thanksgiving authored by George Washington well over 200 years ago. The patriots of the era well understood where their power and wisdom originated and they willingly expressed their humility and gratitude for the blessing bestowed on this great experiment we know as America.

We have much to be thankful for.

Happy Thanksgiving to all. The dear Wife and I are speding ours in a campground in Branson. Nice and warm, sitting in front of the fireplace in the new camper, watching it snow outside. Modern camping is is the way to go!
