In a nutshell, the problem now is we've become a country of paper traders. We make NOTHING. We move paper,borrow money and leverage debt. The financial game playing is catching-up with us quickly. The power of the USA is our buying power. We consume like no other. Problem is? We are all out of credit.

Greatly reduce the number of hands in the pot, 50 representatives from each state goes to Washington. Retire like everybody else, 20~25 years of service, THEN you get the fat pension. No aids, assistants, Nada. Criminalize lobbying. No more electoral college putting the president in. Boot out the illegal immigrants and seal the border already! The feds would save so much money just in Washington DC its absolutely asinine. Then come the human and animal, global warming groups, no more than sleeper terrorist organizations hell bent on removing American freedom.

In 2005 when I was finishing up my MBA we had a discussion with one of our professors who also owns an International Business Company... basically, make it somewhere else and sell it here.
The business leaders then, even down to small businesses, realize that we are heading towards a society where we provide jobs just so people have income to buy and from there it will eventually end our way of life.

How did the last bush get into office without having the majority of the popular vote? It has happened a few times, got enough electoral votes, but, not the populace? Fools with tools are everywhere, albeit money instead of tools? A friends relatives start up company needs some help, with a nice fat government contract? Just print some more money, we are good for it? When they deal with trillions, millions are chump change? It is easier to sway a couple electoral votes than a few million voters? I wouldn't bring the coasts falling off! The populated edges get more electoral votes also? I do not believe there would be that big of a difference, it seems a safe guard for money to weasel its way in and sway electoral votes. Almost any issue, dig deep enough, its money, or means money to someone. And it is a proven fact, money does not make the world go round. Even when we are no longer here, it will still turn.
