torque spec

Hey guys

Got a 1981 CR 250 having trouble getting a manual up here , anyone know what the torque spec's are for head and base nuts.

With little patience you will find it.
Bealive me that I found complete spec for TT600R, in german thou. But it gave me all the needed numbers for complete overhaul sequencce.
