trailtech setup with EBC oversized brake

When mounting a trailtech computer on an EBC oversized brake mount do i want to get the sensor to line up with the magnetic bolt or mount it as it is in the diagram that refers to a stock mount which places it higher up on the mount? Thanks for your help!

The trailtechs I have been around use a programmed wheel diameter/circumference. That means it makes no difference where the two are mounted as long as they counts every revolution.

The magnet and sensor have to come close enough to each other to trigger.
