Using Cell Phone While Riding

I had to do a double take on this one. Yesterday, I saw a 40 - 45 year old man riding a full dresser street bike and using a cell phone. He was wearing the standard safety gear(Tshirt and baseball cap). No helmet laws in Illinois. I don't have a cell phone, so I have no experience with this idea, but when I'm on the street I'm concentrating very hard on the idiots driving the automobiles whom give us little respect.

I saw a guy on a scooter do that down in florida. He was in shorts and a t-shirt, and no helmet. It was only a 30 mph zone right by the beach, and he was cruising on the median line with cars going both ways, talking on his cell phone. Morons like that give motorcyclists a bad name. I also hate the guys that take their girlfriends on the back of the sportbikes with no helmet. Never would I drive anywhere without my passenger having a helmet on. And what makes it worse sometimes is seeing the guy with one on but not the girl!
