What do I need to address on my '87 RM250 while rebuilding?

Hi all, I started to rebuild my RM250 a few years ago and it looks like I finally have the money to finish. Anyway I am curious what particular things I should pay special attention to/address while rebuilding the bike. I am going to pull the head to inspect the cylinder and I will probably try to have a look at the clutch as well to see the condition of the disks. As far as the rest of the bike goes I am replacing every bearing in the suspension, the brake pads, filters and handle bars. But I am just wondering if there is something I should know about before getting it all back together.
