00/01 cr250 plastics question

has anyone tried 02 and up plastics on a 00/01 cr250
Graphics selections are so much better 02 and up.

02+ plastic does not fit without a lot of work. I have seen one 01 CR250 with the newer plastic so it can be done. You can find pics and some info on how to do it at the atm site.

It can be done... with a TIG welder. You'll also need a new airbox.

here is a pic of the subframe tab that needs moved on both sides. it has to be moved down about 1/4 in.

and here a few of the bracket you will need to mount the shrouds and the new 02 tank to the frame. the only hole that doesnt line up is the lower rear shroud mount... :cool:
