01 RM250/02 CR250 Forks

Dented tube on my RM forks $260 or so just for a replacement tube...Yikes. Bought a set of 02 CR250 Forks with the triple clamp and steering stem and bearings. Both forks are Kayabas both bikes use Nissan calipers. Hoping it will go smooth. Should have forks Wed. or Thurs. Anyone ever tried this? Any advice or pointers would be greatly appreciated. 02 CR250 use kybs?? you sure? 125 does.
