02-03 CR250 parts compatibility???

Does anyone know if the V-Force from an 02 will fit an 03? Also, what about the suspension, pipe and silencer? I have an 02 w/ all the goodies, I would like to get an 03 and swap all of the stuff, ya know? Post back if you can help-

I dont think that the v-force will fit because the '03 250 has an 8-petal reed cage compared to the '02 whitch is 4-petal, but that's just a guess.

The '02 V-force reed assembly will work in your '03. I have installed one in mine. The suspension will bolt up but you may like the stock '03 suspension. I don't know if the '02 pipe and silencer will work with the '03 porting.

I kinda figured that the susp would fit, but the 02 has a $500 Factory Connection revalve on it, so I was kinda hoping to salvage it for a new model. The pipe/silncer may fit it as far as bolt pattern goes, but from what I understand the 03 has a much more aggressive motor, the pipe may be the wrong design, but ya never know. I'm gonna call PC to see if it is the same. That cool about the reeds, do you have it set on lo or hi tension for your 03? Thanks for your input-

I have the reeds set on low tension. Each of my bikes that I have installed the V-force reeds on have performed better on low tension.
