03 CR250 Stock fork oil amount

I just picked it up last week( no manual, used), and replaced the seals, and put 405 CC's back in. Seems too stiff even with the clickers backed out.

Can someone tell me the stock oil level levels/range and clicker positions? ( I have searched alot with no luck).

The stock clickers for the shock would be good info as well.

***Nevermind, I found a PDF downloadable manual off the internet.

Here are some stock settings, if anyone needs them:

Fork: standard oi level=405 CC. Range = 327-423
Inner chamber fork = 195 CC. ( 42-47 from top)

Stock clickers fork: C=14, R= 15
Stock Clickers shock: Hi C= 1 1/12 to 2 5/12 out.
Low C= 8 out
Rebound= 4 to 7,

Probably closer to 350 cc. check your ratio rite or measuring

I actually took out 25 ccs from each leg since the forks were pretty harsh, so now they are 380 each. 13 oz is real close to 374 ccs on the ratio rite, so should be a good starting point for testing.
