03 rm125 compression

how many lbs of compression should an 03 rm125 have on the cylinder? I recently took a compression test and it came out as 155lbs. Do you think that I should replace the top end? What can happen if you let the top end go too long?

If you leave the top end too long the piston breaks and can take the entire engine apart, i would invest in a cheap piston kit rather than guess.
