rm125 lost compression

I have a 94 rm125 that i just rebuilt the top end and it seemed to have good compression and started easily the first few times i rode it and now it wont start by kicking it, i have to push start it and pop it into gear and it fires up. when kicking it over it feels like its lost a lot of compression. i didnt do a compression test but can tell by kicking it that its definitely lost compression. the cylinder and head were torqued correctly.the top end only has about 2 hours on it. Any ideas??

Yep, you really don't have much option here. You'll have to get eyes on it.
