i dicided to yank off the head to my bike today just to see how every thing was doing..
well the cylender looked 100% perfect exept on the exhaust bridge and on the top of the exhaust ports... there was no cross hatchings there at all it was a very polished shine this bike has worn out by the exhaust port before.
the bike has a cast iron sleeve (dont anybody ever get one they wear fast!!!) from when the bike seezed at the exhaust bridge has anybody else had this happen? what can i do to stop this from hapening.
its not a big deal now cause the bike has 195 psi of compresion and runs awsome.
i run castor 927 @ 32:1
im really glad i did decide to tear the head off because the inner o-ring got pinched and was leaking.. when i got it back together i could feel a bike diffrence in the compression from kicking it over (if i had 195 psi of compesion with i bad o-ring i wonder what it will have now!!)
