Seat heights will vary depending on how your sag is set. Stock for a 125 is about 37.4 inches. (just a tad higher than the 250)
Always have your sag set correctly, and don't change it to get a lower ride. If it's too high, a seat shave is an easy thing to do.
There probably isn't an inch of differnce in any of the modern 125 bikes seat height.

I don't know why you ask but, I am not very tall and I did buy a 02 125sx, the 36.4 inch seat was one reason I picked it. I bought it over the phone without seeing it. I needed the suspension lowered anyway, but starting out lowest seat height the better. When I got the bike, the seat was 38.5 inches high at it's lowest point. I had it lowered too 35.5 inches with fork and shock mods. I am very happy with it, lower seat = way more confidence in corners, with the revalve I don't really notice the loss in travel. If you want too know more, just ask. If not, sorry for the wrong reply.
