1981 honda cr80 magnito oil??

i recently bought a 81 honda cr80 but it didny have a magnito or left crankcase cover and is dry inside, today i went to a bike junk yard and to my suprize i found what i was looking for the cover but when i took it off had a lube of some sort, my question is that, is there a lube/oil i should run in the magnito cover??

Let's try and think this out. Is there a fill or drain plug on that side cover? Is the provisions for it in the side case? If yes then yes if no then no. Pretty simple.

The oil you found on the inside of the cover is most likely from a leaking crank seal on the donor bike.
