I have been looking all over for some aftermarket bars for my bike, but it seems all of the ones (renthal, pro taper, msr, etc) I am interested in are not showing anything available prior to the 93 model year.

Does anyone here know of any bars off hand that would work, or have any suggestions on where I can look? I am interested in all sorts of aftermarket items for my bike, but am having trouble finding much of anything really.

Thanks all!

All of those you listed should fit i just bought a pair of pro taper handlebars for my 91 cr 125 and they fit perfectly. Just as long as there 7/8" or what ever they should fit.

if you have the stock clamps go with either pro-taper seven-eighths bars (look pretty good and they claim to be The Best) or the renthal off-road 7/8" (I have these, and am so far impressed.) Handlebars don't have to be bike-specific, only size and bend actually comes into play. One thing to watch for is on renthal's they are colored so pick what will match. *doh!*

Any 7/8" bar will work just fine.

On my 92 RM250, bought a set of Windham bend 1 1/8" Pro Taper bars, complete with the clamps/studs that go into the upper triple clamp, off ****. They had come off an 03 CRF450. The stud size was slightly different, but a couple passes with the right size drill bit through the rubber bumpers and cupped washers fixed it right up. Huge comfort/control improvement! As long as the 91 bars were rubber mounted, I would think you could do the same thing.

I initially had the Windham bend bars tilted too far forward. After "centering" them, they were very comfortable, especially when standing.
