Does anyone know if my steahly flywheel weight is threaded on? I cant figure out how to get it off. I've undone all the set screws on the outside and now |I dont know if I'm supposed to be threading it off or pulling it off. If it is threaded on, witch way do I turn it? Bike is a '92 cr250. THanks.

The Steahly flywheel weight on my old 87' CR 500 was threaded on. It came with an adapter that screwed in the two holes 180 degrees apart. In the middle was a half inch hole for a half inch impact wrench. Turn it counter-clockwise as if it were the nut. After it is removed you will see it is just a very large nut.
