1995 CR - questions and where to buy top end parts?

I've recently purchased a 1995 CR250, pretty good shape. It's been trail ridden for a while and hasn't had a top end in quite a while. It does smoke a little bit more than my KDX, but still has very nasty top end power. A couple of questions:
1) Suspension has been reworked - outside of doing the top end what maintanance would you guys recommend? Worth it to do a total motor tear down?

2) Where to buy top end parts - complete kit w/ gaskets, bearings, needed clips.. advice appreciated.

www.motosportoutlet.com has complete Wiseco top end kits w/ Cometic gaskets for $120 with free shipping. That's where I get my top end kits from.

http://www.mach1motorsports.com/ has a CR top end special, about $103 for '97-'01. Check the 'Accessories' section of their page. Maybe they can match that for a '95 - I think alot of the parts are interchangeable, but you would need to check on that first.

Also, Service Honda is usually very competetive on parts prices.
