Hey all, I have a question about jetting. I have a pro circuit works pipe and 304 factory sound silencer on my bike now. If i wanted to switch to a shorty silencer with the same pipe would I have to rejet?

More than likely. 15 to 20 degree temperature swing, 1500 feet of elevation change, or changing the way your engine breathes.

The shorty should make no drastic change in jetting .
I ran one of these for years , my jetting seemed to always fall into this category :
172 main jet , clip in the #2 position air screw adjusted dailey depending on air quality .
My local is sea level .

my questions is the bike is already jetted for the pro circuit pipe and factory sound silencer. would it be ok to switch to a shorty silencer without rejetting? I am looking for some more low end power.
