I bought a 97 honda xr250 last spring. I live in southern alberta, my elevation is 3022 ft / 921 m.
The person who owned the bike previous had the bike jetted to run in the mountains. Anywho, i need to know what size of main jet and piliot jet i need to be running for my elevation.
The bikes exhaust is unrestricted (silencer removed). I will also be removing the airbox snorkel.
Also, on an unrealted note, i believe the top end needs a rebuild, and i was looking to go with a 280cc kit. Can someone point me in the right direction for this as really i am in the dark about this topic.
