1998 Suzuki RM250

ok..i asked this question a few weeks ago and i never got a full answer...so heres the deal.
My bike will not come out of first gear. The gear shift sticks when i try to shift into neutral and when i pull in the clutch the bike wont roll and i cant start the bike when i pull in the clutch. I've had some people tell me its the clutch basket..but i dont know much about that stuff..so can any1 help me?

Did you look at your clutch basket? If the people in here think its a possibility, its definately worth looking in to. Inspect your clutch basket and you plates, both fiber and metal, while you're in there. Look for notches at the base of the "tines" on the basket.
