2001 kx125 thats not running

2001 kx125 running issues

I have a 2001 kx125 and it ran great all summer and about a month ago it just stopped running, the compression is good and spark is good it just wont fire up, the plug seems to keep fouling too. I went through the carburetor and cleaned it and put it back in and nothing. I think the problem is something with the gas, like something with the reeds possibly, but I am not sure its my first bike so I'm a little inexperienced. I would like to solve it as soon as possible.

I took the reeds off today and one is broken and there very flimsey thats bad right, i should replace the reeds now, and also i was talking to my buddy and he says it could be my stator or ignitor, if so how could i test those.
