2001 Suzuki RM 125 running to rich

i recently bought a 2001 suzuki rm 125 but its running to rich. im mixing a 32:1 ratio and its still not helping.
mainjet:460
pilot:27.5
clip: 2nd position
air screw: 2 turns

the bike is completely stock. the air filter is new and i just bought new boysen power reeds. im rebuilding the motor this winter but i wanna get some riding in before the snow hits

If its running too rich lean it off.
