2001 YZ 250 with a 2002-04 sub frame?

I was wondering if any one has mounted a 2002-04 YZ 250 subframe and air box to a 2001 frame. I like the look of the newer air box and aluminum subframe plus i saw a picture of this done on a bike in europe and it got me thinking any help is appriciated.
