2003 KX 125 Need help jetting

I just picked up a 2003 kx 125 its got a pro circuit platinum pipe, r304 silencer, vforce3 reeds and cage. The bike has the stock jetting and is not running to good. I found the jetting for the pipe and silencer but i don't know what to do about the reeds. If someone could help me out that would be great. Thanks.

The reeds are a kind of valve. They shouldn't be frayed and close pretty good on the reeds block surface. If you have them out you can take the whole block and fill it with water. The water should stay a few seconds before completely drained from the block.
