2004 yz250f front fork help

hi, i have an 04 yz250f and i just had gotten it. i'm a light rider around 115-120 and the suspension is really stiff and hard in the front. I've noticed on my left fork that oil has been building up so i need to do fork seals, i also can't seem to find the compression screw. Is there one? On the bottom of the forks there just seems to be a female end of screw? Thanks lemme know what you guys think:)
